Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/03 ("Privacy Code") the personal data provided by the customer as well as those that the sales operator will collect during the contractual relationship between the parties ("Contract") will be treated in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Code and for the following purposes:
- Purposes connected and instrumental to the execution of the contract: the data provided by the customer will be used for the correct conclusion, management and execution of the Contract. By way of example, these purposes may concern: sending the purchased products to the indicated shipping address; the management of refunds; returns management; the processing, printing, enveloping and sending of any documents; the management of any requests for information, complaints and/or disputes; the protection and eventual recovery of credit. The provision of personal data for these purposes is necessary for the purposes indicated and any failure to provide it may jeopardize the execution of the Contract and the supply of the requested products.
- Purpose of analysis on an anonymous basis: the data collected during the interim relationship, such as by way of example the purchases made, may be subject to analysis in an anonymous and aggregated manner in order to improve the services and offers of services and products. These analyzes and the relative offers will not be carried out on an individual basis but on an aggregate and anonymous basis;
- Marketing purposes of the supplier: with the specific consent of the customer, the data provided or/or acquired during the contractual relationship may be used for promotional, commercial and marketing activities in relation to the sending of products and services offered, carried out both automated (e.g. email, sms, etc.) and with traditional methods (e.g. ordinary mail, calls with an operator, etc.). The supplier may also use the email address provided by the customer to send promotional information relating to products and services similar to those covered by the existing contract pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4 of the Privacy Code. The customer may object to this treatment at any time by contacting the supplier at the addresses indicated below.
- Marketing purposes of third parties and/or co-marketing through commercial partners of the supplier: with the specific consent of the customer, the data provided or otherwise acquired during the contractual relationship may be used for promotional, commercial and marketing activities in relation to sending products and services offered by the supplier and its commercial partners or for promotional purposes of third parties. These activities will be carried out both with automated methods (e.g. email, text messages, etc.) and with traditional methods (e.g. ordinary mail, calls with an operator, etc.).
Customer data will not be made public in any way. The customer's personal data, which may be collected and processed for the purposes indicated above, are those provided by the customer: during the conclusion of the contract and/or during contacts with employees, sales representatives and telephone operators of the supplier dedicated to relating to the conclusion of the contract; provided by the customer during the contractual relationship through customer interactions with the provider's website.
The data is processed manually or through IT/telematic tools, always with the precautions necessary to avoid improper use and/or undue dissemination of the data.

Pursuant to art. 7 of the Privacy Code, the customer has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your data at any time and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy or request its integration or updating, or the modification. Pursuant to the same article, the customer has the right to request cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their processing.
